Our Story
Retro Classics Car & Bike Club was established by Xavier Abela, born from a lifelong passion for classic vehicles from Europe, Australia and around the world.
Having spent many years owning and working on iconic marques such as Holden and Fiat, and surrounded by close friends and family with beloved Chevrolet, Ford and Chrysler Valiants, the passion for classic motoring has always been part of everyday life.
But like many enthusiasts, working full-time and balancing family commitments can make it difficult to attend compulsory meetings and fulfil strict club obligations. Classic car ownership should be about enjoyment — not pressure.
That’s why Retro Classics was created.
We wanted to offer a relaxed, no-pressure option for owners who simply want to keep their classic pride and joy on the road and enjoy it when it suits them. No unnecessary formalities. No compulsory meeting requirements. Just genuine enthusiasts who appreciate classic vehicles and the freedom that comes with them.
